View and Edit Timeclock Data from the Console

As a Supervisor, you can access dashboards for viewing worker hours. These dashboards let you view your Timeclock data. Login to the Tendrel Console, click on Timeclock under Applications, then Dashboards under Timeclock to see your dashboards.

Select a Day

At the top of the dashboard, you will see the currently selected date as well as the time zone. Click on this field to choose the day you'd like to view with the dropdown calendar.

Read the Timesheet

Daily Snapshot:

This dashboard shows you each worker who is active for that day as well as the times for a worker's clock-in/out and break-in/out.

On Break:

This dashboard instantly lets you see all workers currently on a break.

Clocked-In:

This dashboard will show you all active workers who have a clock-in for the chosen day. To end an active break, you can use the button in the End column.

Missing Clock-In:

This dashboard will show you if an active worker forgot to clock-in or is no longer with your company. You can Add a clock-in for active workers or deactivate workers who are not expected at work. Workers will show up in Missing Clock In when a worker has previously clocked in within a 7 day period but they have not clocked in since. You can use the green Add button to manually add a Clock-In.

Adding an Entry

A supervisor can manually add an action by selecting the Add button located next to the Select A Day field. This allows you to manually input clock-in/out and break-in/out hours. First, choose which action you'd like to fulfill between Clock-In/Out or Break-In Out. Then, select the worker you'd like to preform the action on. Finish with clicking the Add button to add the time for the exception. More on adding an entry here

Filtering Dashboards

You can filter each column in your dashboards to find the correct data. By clicking the menu button next to each column name, you can filter for specific workers or hide the column.

Flagged Times

Some times may be flagged to indicate a special case. Times flagged in orange indicate that an exception was performed on that time log. Times flagged in red indicate that the check-in was closed automatically. More on flagged times here.
