View the Timesheet
Access the Timesheet
As a Supervisor, you can access a dedicated dashboard for viewing worker hours. This screen allows you to view a list of workers that have clocked in at your site each day. You can see the start and end times of shifts and breaks. You can also log exception times to make corrections and export data.
First, start by scanning your supervisor badge. From the list of supervisor options, select Timesheets. This will open up a pop-up containing the timesheet dashboard.
Select a Day
At the top of the dashboard, you will see the currently selected date. Beneath the day you also see the timezone in which times are displayed.
You can use the arrows to the right and left of the date to switch between days. Alternatively, tap the date to open a date picker and find a specific date.
Read the Timesheet
The left-most column of the timesheet displays each worker and their scan code. Only workers that have been captured on a given day will appear when viewing the timesheet.
The next four columns display their shift start, break start, break end, and shift end time respectively.
If a given worker displays multiple time entries for a single column, that indicates that the worker submitted multiple entries for that activity. For example, a worker with two rows of breaks logged two breaks on that day.
Flagged Times
Some times may be flagged to indicate a special case.
Exception Times in Orange
Times flagged in orange indicate that an exception was performed on that time log. This means that the displayed time is different from the actual time the activity was submitted.
Automatically Closed Times in Red
Times flagged in red indicate that the check-in was closed automatically. This means that a worker was not clocked out and checked out of a break. Typically this happens if a worker forgets to close an activity.
Times flagged in red usually indicate an end time many hours after the work day is completed.
Spillover Times with a Subscript
Sometimes a shift may end on a different day than it started. These times will appear on the timesheet for their start day, indicated with a subscript that displays a + with the number of spillover days.
