What is Tendrel Timeclock?
Tendrel Timeclock is a mobile application that helps you track employee hours at your work site.
How it Works
The default screen of the Tendrel Timeclock is an always-on scanner. Each worker at your site is assigned a QR code, which can be printed on a badge or stored on their phone.
After a worker or supervisor scans their code, they indicate whether they are starting or ending a shift or a break. Tendrel updates these options after each scan based on the worker’s previous actions.
Supervisors have additional privileges in the application. This includes the ability to add and edit workers. Supervisors can also view the timesheet dashboard within the app, make changes to incorrect check-ins, and export data.
Worker Hours and Breaks
Timeclock works by allowing you to capture the start and end time of an employee’s shift or break. Timeclock will track the length between times to determine hours worked. Break times are subtracted from work times to determine total paid hours.
If multiple shifts or multiple breaks are captured in a single day, those times will be summed when calculating paid time.
