The "Team" tab
As a supervisor, you can access the location history of other team members by clicking on the "Team" tab.
On this tab, you can view a list of team members, as well as the last time they were online using Pinpoint.
Viewing a team member's history
Clicking on a team member will bring up a page that allows you to view their last known location and a list of recent sessions.
The list displays the following information about each session:
- The duration
- The start and end time
- The date of the session
- The number of events recorded
Each event is an instance that your location was recorded.
By default, the session list will display one day of data. You can adjust the time range for the history by clicking on the start or end date, selecting a new date, and clicking "Apply".
View an Individual Path
Clicking on a session will allow you to view the path for that session. On this page, you can view the path on a map, and see a list of events with their time and status.
On the map, the first and last ping will be displayed as green and red respectively.
