Perform Work

Scan Location

Each location at your site is assigned a scan code, which can be printed as a QR code on a badge and stored at that location.

Using the device’s camera, first scan the location badge. This will open a list of all the tasks available at the location. This pop-up will display the locations name, scan code, and the tasks for that location.

In Progress

This screen shows you all in-progress work. This means a task was started and left unfinished and is waiting to be finished. Tasks will stay here until completed. You can search for specific unfinished tasks. 

Work

This screen shows you all your tasks at your site. You can filter for specific tasks by Job, Type, Status or use the search bar. The far columns indicated when the task should be completed. Overdue tasks will be in the red column, Current tasks will be in the green column, and Upcoming tasks will be in the orange column. You can find your sites Priority work by filtering for Priority in Status.

When you click on a task, you will be prompted to start the task or add more tasks. The task will start immediately after clicking "Start job". 

By clicking "Add more jobs" you will be able to add any task from that location. 

Locations

This screen will show you all Locations at your site. You can filter for specific locations by Cornerstone or use the search bar.

You can start any task associated with a location by clicking on its location. You can start one or multiple jobs from here.

You will see the job/s you start in the In-Progress Screen under Perform Work.
