Make Corrections

In some cases, a worker may have a timesheet task at an incorrect time. This can occur if the worker clocks in at the wrong time. It can also occur when a worker forgets to clock out, in which case a task will close automatically - likely at the wrong time.

As a Supervisor, you can correct these issues from the timesheet dashboard. When you log an exception time, the original time will always be preserved for your records.

First, start by scanning your supervisor badge. From the list of supervisor options, select Timesheets. This will open up a pop-up containing the timesheet dashboard.

The pop-up will contain both the start and end time for that task. For both start and end, it displays the actual timestamp captured and the exception time.

To log an exception time, click Add next to the exception slot you would like to add. After clicking Add, a new time and date will appear next to that exception slot. You can edit the exception by clicking the time or date. This will open a picker where you can selecting the correct time or date.

Delete an Event

On occasion, workers may complete a clock in or break by accident. You can delete an entire task so that it no longer appears on the timesheet.

You cannot delete an individual time. To correct an individual time, log an exception for that time.

Start by clicking a time on the timesheet dashboard. This will open the data for that task.

Click Delete to delete this task. You will be asked to confirm before the data is deleted. Deleting a task cannot be undone.
