How to Add a New Checklist

Add a Checklist

To create a new checklist, click the Add button. The "Add a Checklist" menu will pop up. Here you will provide a name and description for your checklist. Optionally, you can link an SOP URL to the checklist. Click Save to move on to adding results, to collect data on your checklist.

Add a Result

You can add results by editing a checklist. Find the "Edit Checklist" menu by clicking on the checklist in the list view. 

To add a result, click the Add a result button. This will open the drop down menu of all the result types. Once you have decided which result you'd like, click on it to name the result and set its default value. 

Result Types

Boolean

  • True/False - on or off switch

Numeric

  • Clicker - plus or minus

  • Number - tracker with a target #

  • Sentiment - coming soon

Text

  • Short/Long Text - text with set target character amount

Default Values

Default values are preset values that are set for a result type. The default value for a True/False result is False. You can change this default value while you are adding results to your checklist.
