Add Workers

Add a Worker from the Configure Workers Screen

As a Supervisor, you can access a dedicated screen for configuring workers. This screen allows you to view a list of the workers at your site, add new workers, and edit existing workers.

First, start by scanning your supervisor badge. From the list of supervisor options, select Configure Workers.

On the Configure Workers screen, you can add a new worker by selecting Add Worker.

This will open a new menu with the attributes required for creating a new worker.

First name and last name are required fields for creating a worker.

You can optionally set a scan code for this worker or pair it to an existing QR code. You can also optionally provide a preferred language for this worker.

Add a Worker on the Fly

It’s possible to add a new worker on the fly from the scan screen.

First, click Select Worker Manually. At the bottom of the pop-up, click the Add button.

This will open the same menu with the attributes required for creating a new worker.
