Tendrel Login Migration

In this version of Tendrel, we’re upgrading our account system. You may notice some disruption to the usual way you log in:

• After downloading the next update, you will need to be connected to the internet the first time you log in. The previous login feature will be cleared, and you’ll need to log in once before using it again.
• After logging in, you may be prompted to reset your password. This will only occur if your current password is insecure.
• You will need access to the email address associated with your account to reset your password.
• If you are unsure of your login credentials (username, email, or password) or if you encounter any issues during the login process, please contact us at support@tendrel.io.

App Store Availability

Tendrel is now available on public app stores, such as the iOS App Store and Google Play Store. With this version, we are encouraging all customers to switch to the versions available on these app stores.

If you were previously a member of a beta testing group, please delete the version of Tendrel on your device and redownload from one of the app stores.

New Features

Timeclock: New In-App Dashboards ****

• Users have three new views on the in-app dashboards to quickly see the current status of workers at their site and take actions where needed.
  • On-Break lists workers currently checked into their break, and allows users to end breaks.
  • Clock-In lists workers currently clocked in, and allows users to clock out workers.
  • Needs Clock In lists workers who have clocked in at least once in the past 7 days but have not been clocked in for the selected day. Users can add missing entries or deactive workers from this screen.

Timeclock: Fast-scan Mode

• Users can now select a scan mode to rapidly scan in or out workers without having to select an action each time.
  • Fast-scan can automatically create profiles for new workers, which are then listed on the new issues screen for completion.

Timeclock: Issues Screen

• The issues screen highlights common data issues for correction, including:
  • Workers created via fast-scan that are missing information
  • Workers that were clocked in and never clocked out
  • Workers missing a start time that were clocked out via fast scan

Additional Changes

• All times displayed in the Timeclock app will be displayed in the customer’s site timezone.
• The default time window on the completed work page has been reduced to one day , speeding up loading time for this screen.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed a bug where edited Timeclock entries would show up on wrong day with (+/-) day indicator. Now entries should show up in their correct day.
• Fixed a bug where some filters buttons would not respond when pressed.
• Fixed a bug where an empty Timeclock dashboard row would stay even if you deleted a worker’s only entry.
