Timeclock: Add Missing Timeclock Entry

• Users are now able to add a missing Timeclock entry from the in-app timesheet
  • Click the plus button when viewing the in-app timesheet to add a missing Clock In or Break entry.

Additional Changes

• Updated worker creation to require separate first and last names
• Improved error messaging when logging in to the app

Bug Fixes

• Fixed a bug that could cause duplicate workers
