Self-service language selection

Supervisors now have the ability to configure which languages are available at their site, from a list of 26 languages
- Workers can select from the options configured by their supervisor.

Supervisors can now configure results to enable or disable decimal inputs on numeric results
Supervisors can configure a date-time picker as a result

A new Scan-Location screen has been introduced, which opens the camera automatically
The In-Progress Button has been updated to include a badge indicating the number of in-progress tasks
Improvements to self-service editing of templates
- Changing the frequency for a template will update the start-date of all open tasks using that template
- Inactivating a template will now remove open work for that template from devices
Database optimizations to improve performance
